Tamas was born and raised in Hungary where he grew up swimming, becoming a professional athlete by the age of 15. He travelled the world with the Hungarian National Team receiving regular massage to ensure peak performance and continuous self-care. Coming to the States to obtain his Bachelor degree from Purdue University, Tamas continued his swimming career as 4 time All American. Retiring from competitive swimming, Tamas started coaching as he acquired his MBA from West Virginia University. He then went on to study the family trade of massage therapy at Sage School of Massage and is now practicing performance and therapeutic massage in Bend Oregon.
Tamas’ philosophy about massage is that it is a necessary part of personal care and integral in obtaining ultimate muscle performance. We work our bodies hard and often create imbalances, therefore Tamas caters each session to the needs of the client in order to maintain or regain optimal balance.
